This soup is a healthy and delicious version for those willing to give up a little flavor for a healthier heart (a decsion only you can make. If you'd like to give the soup a little thicker consistency without compromising the healthfulness of the recipe, drain and rinse a can of cannellini beans and process until smooth with the soup...this will make it rich and creamy while adding flavor, fiber and protein to the soup. Also, leave some of the broccoli bite size if it's too liquidy for your tastes. Kids love this!

great recipe. however be careful to buy unsweetned condensed milk since the recipe does not state it.

I only took the soup out to blend it once, not again after the milk, like it says to.. I also only used half the can of milk. It was perfect!!!!

I thought the flavor of this recipe was very good however why is it so thin?? I know it's low fat but does it have to be so thin? Maybe I did something wrong. I don't think that I would make this particular recipe again but there are elements I will keep when I create my own.

The preparation was really easy and the outcome is just great! Personally, I add some mushroom into the soup and I felt it helped increase the taste. Maybe won't work for those who are not mushroom fan.

This recipe was a wonderful surprise. My 13 yr old loves Broccoli Cheese soup in a can but she was delightfully surprised that she loved this better. We tasted it before we added the evaporated milk and it was really good. We added the milk and it was the perfect touch. It made it taste creamy and like there was cheese in it. This is a keeper for our recipe box. The whole family rated it a 4 out of 5 which means KEEP! Great recipe Robin!! On the health factor its amazing too.

This soup really lacked flavor. I added a few pats of butter at the end to enhance the flavor, which helped a bit. However, this negated the low-fat aspect of the recipe. I will not make it again.

I've made a couple of different recipes, and my family has a favorite, but this looked good, so I tried it. It lacked flavor and we didn't love the texture with it pureed. Croutons were OK, but no one raved about them, so I won't make them again either.

Tried this soup for Easter because it is my Dad's and my son's favorite soup. Turned out to be one of the favorite courses for Easter. Not only did my Dad and son love it, my nephew(who is 12 y/oas he was leaving made sure he told me again how much he loved the soup. This was EXCELLENT!!!!
