This recipe is quick, easy and very tasty besides. I made it for friends who don't like black olives and just sauteed diced red bell pepper with the mushrooms instead. Seconds were requested all around. This is a keeper.

Thanks to the reviewer who suggested the liquid smoke and teriyaki, they made all the difference! Also added red pepper flakes, roasted garlic, seasoned salt, black pepper, and grated parm. Substituted kalamatas for the black olives, and white wine for the sherry. Obviously we doctored it a bit, but it was delicious with the "help" and we will definitely make it again!

I think the biggest problem I had with this was the choice of cheese. I found the havarti cheese to be overpowering and nasty.

This recipe was fab! It was easy to make, and I even was able to use skim milk and get great flavor. Wonderful!

I loved this....was easy to make.
I added some chopped procutto and some aspargus. Really yummy.
The sherry and the thyme really are good in it, as well.

If you want it to taste like Robin made on the show, try adding a few dashes of teriyaki sauce and a smidge of liquid smoke. Delish!

Really loved the sauce, it tasted like authentic italian....

The first time I tried this recipe, I had used the ready-made canned chicken gravy available in grocery stores and the dish didn't turn out any good.

I say people, use the ingredients mentioned in this recipe to make the garvy and believe it, the taste will be awesome....yummy!! I'm gonna make this again and again....
