I was surprised how a simple recipe like this can be so tasty. I used Greek yogurt and added tomatos and corn the next day. Will repeat this one many times

A very tasty salad, but add some grape tomatoes and some feta cheese.

I added cauliflower with this ( about a full head and added some ranch dressing and parmesan cheese, and it was soooo good! also, for leftovers, the next day, drain some of the water (not all of it and add some powdered ranch dressing to soak up the watery stuff. I will definitely be making this again. It's so good and so easy!
