My family really liked the recipe. I left out the diced potatoes and made Tyler Florence's mashed potatoes for a side! It was delicious and my two 15 year old boys were full and satisfied!

This dish is as boring as Robin Miller is. So bland...definately not the kind of quality I expect from a Food Network recipe. I'd take this off the site if I were you!

not the regular chicken pot pie, but still very good! The key is to cut the potatoes in small cubes and let it boil for at least 20 min (check the potatoes to make sure they are done. I made it for my husband and parents for dinner - they loved it!

FN kitchen staff - please revisit this recipe! It needs help. First, the potatoes must be *diced* to come close to done. Second, the whole filling tastes like vegies in condensed CO tomato soup. Where are the seasonings? This just misses the mark. It is not the caliber of FN!

Not complicated, very practical, and flavor is good, no different from those which take many hours to prepare.

The reason I gave this recipe such a low rating is because it lacked the creamy inner texture of a traditional Chicken Pot Pie. I love Robin Miller and usually enjoy her recipes, but this was a miss for me.

Watery and flavorless! This show should be canceled. Sorry Robin, but nobody ate it and later in the week we had to throw it away.

This recipe needs more excitement! I found the flavors a little dull and the mixture too diluted (ie, watery before it's placed into the baking dish. I would add more dried and/or fresh herbs including rosemary and sage to pump up the flavors. Also, I would nix the tomatoes which really adds too much water. This recipe also takes longer than a 10 minute prep time- I'm not on iron chef America competing against Bobby Flay here.
Overall, o.k recipe but there are better ones out there that take the same amount of time and are much more tastier and palatable.
