Place all ingredients in a zip-top bag and toss to combine. Microwave for 2 to 5 minutes, depending on your microwave, until softened and juicy. Serve warm over ice cream or frozen yogurt.
I'm eating this as I type... excellent. It's pure summer fresh and delicious.
I did use the stove top simply because I wanted the lovely fragrance to fill my apartment.
Leftovers will be on top of french toast or pancakes or waffles tomorrow morning.
Another winner! Thank you Robin!
I also did not microwave the fruit in the bag. I was always told that was a "no-no".?. This dish was fast and delicious, but may be better if warmed a different way (stovetop, oven. I just feel the fruit would keep its heat longer and actually be cooked through.

This dessert is very refreshing, easy, and a nice treat for guests, not to mention on the healthier side for dessert. I LOVE Robin Miller!!!
