I'm surprised this only got 4 stars. I think it is one of Robin's best recipes. I love using the left over chicken for the Mexican lasagna, YUM.

Yum! Delicious! I actually added a lot more olives than what she suggested in her recipe. I diced them and put them directly on top of the chicken breasts. Sooo good!

Taste was excellent, but marinade dried out in the oven, and did not create a sauce as expected. Molasses burned on the bottom of roasting pan (cooked for 28 minutes, chicken tasted good (love the combination of spices, but was slightly dry.

I made this for my family for dinner yesterday night and found it amazing. Love the flavors and how nicely they complimented the chicken . It was amazing I cooked white rice with garlic as a side with it and made a vegetable salad as well. The flavors combining was like a little piece of heaven . =D

My family loved this recipe. I omitted the molasses because I had none on hand at the time, used a bit more garlic than was called for. I also grilled the chicken and took the leftover marinate and reduced it no the stove to make a sauce to drizzle over the chicken.

OMG! My whole family loved this! I thought it may not go over well with the kiddos b/c of the spicy ingredients, but they loved the chicken most! Hubby and I enjoyed the onions and olives. Very tasty roasted asparagus and potatoes~ I went heavy on the kosher salt over these, and used more than a Tablespoon of EVOO. Next time I will make more asparagus (at least 10 spears per person. Loved how it all went in at the same time and temperature, super easy to coordinate. Took the potatoes and asp. out about 10 minutes before chicken, as I like my asp. al dente. I am expecting to hear, "When are we having that Garlic Lime Chicken again?" within the next few days.....thanks!

It tasted great! I loved how moist the chicken was and the extra boost of flavor the olives add. It was a bit heavy on the cumin for my taste, so next time I'll go a little lighter on that side of things. Overall, very yummy! Thanks Robin!

A few things I changed out of convenience: half regular onions and half green onions (mostly the white part and drumsticks. B/c there was the bone, it did take a little longer to cook...20 mins more for my oven. And there was a lot of liquid at the end, but it was all very delicious. The dish tasted light, yet had just enough flavor. I will definitely make this again!
