I must say, the recipe did not look good when I watched it on TV, but my partner insisted on it. It was easy and full of flavor. Everybdoy should try it.

I have really really picky eater's 2 of 3 a BIG olive eaters so this was totally up their ally's. I did do a little diffrent than what was called for, i realized I didnt have any worshire sauce so i subed a tbl of soy. It came out very moist and tasty. I made the mexican lasagna the following night and i think that its genious to do with my leftovers like that two diners one chicken....LOVE IT! I used 6 peices, used 3 for the garlic lime dinner ( have two small boys they spit a breast, and 3 for the mex. lasagena. fabulous. one thing though I had to use 10 corn tortillas to get a better coverage. Have fun!!

This is my kind of recipe. It was the perfect blend of ingredients, quick & easy to put together and best of all it was delicious! A thumbs up from my family.

I really liked this recipe. Chicken was moist and have a unique flavor, especially from the olives which gave it a pop. It would be better if the chicken had a sauce to go with it to top the rice!

I made this, wondering how the combination of flavors would turn out. I did substitute honey for molasses, and used only 1/2 tsp of cumin. It was delicious and moist, with lots of flavor. Next time, we all agreed that more onion would make it even better. I marinated it for a few hours in a ziploc bag, and cut the chicken into pieces to absorb more flavor. A definite keeper.

I followed the suggestions of previous reviewers and halved the chicken pieces lengthwise, then marinated them for about 4 hours before baking. The chicken turned out juicy and full of flavor. Not to mention that the recipe is very easy to make.

Absolutely wonderful recipe. Super easy to make! I didn't use the roasting pan as suggested but rather baked it in a regular pyrex pan. The chicken was amazingly moist and if you want more flavor simply add in extra garlic, lime, cumin, etc. Yum!

Something in this recipe doesn't not go with the rest of the ingredients and I believe is the sweetness of the molasses. After it was cooked I took all the chicken from juices and had to improvise a sauce. I did save the olives and added to my sauce. I would try again without the molasses. Thanks

I think this dish is delicious!!! It goes so well with rice and corn! Yummy! I'm making this tonight for dinner, I don't have onions so I'm going to see how it is without onions.
