This is a nice way to add a fruit in with your vegetable. Very colorful and tasty. And it was quick!

    Not a good medley

I like broccoli, I like dried cranberries, I love garlic...just not together in the same dish. It just tasted odd to me.

Will make again. Made as a side dish for the pesto-chicken pizza and it was great.

This recipe sounded so good and healthy that I had to try it. It was dry and the taste was boring despite the garlic and... dried cranberries. The garlic burned at the recommended cooking temperature and I had to cook the broccoli longer and on lower heat than recommended. Maybe adding a touch of vegetable broth would help.Read more

    Tasty Dish

I am always looking for new ways to perk up vegetable dishes and this approach to broccoli is a winner. I would recommend... that the dried cranberries be added after you have sauteed the broccoli to avoid overcooking them as they cook much faster than the vegetables.Read more

    EVEN MORE GARLIC

Adding lots of extra garlic and plenty of salt & pepper makes this a tasty meal. I say "meal" because it is so filling!
