    I added:
    Kalmata Olives
    Marinated Artichoke Hearts
Italian Seasoning instead of just the Sage

Really good though, enjoyed it on a hot day with some lemonade. :

Nice meal for the summer but could use a little more spice.

I was looking for a recipe with feta and found a keeper. I left out the green bell pepper and mint leaves because I don't like them.

I made this dish using chicken I had grilled the night before. I also used rigatoni. The dressing was a little bland, so I used some fresh salsa we had made using roasted yellow peppers, red onion, tomatoes and balsamic vinegar. This added a nice taste, color and texture to the dish. Even my 10 year old son enjoyed it. My hubby said I could make it again!

A great recipe. Very quick & easy. The flavor is incredibly light and wonderful for those hot summer days! I am making it again for 4th of July picnic. I plan on replacing the chicken with red onions and cucumbers (we are already having other meat dishes. It is ok without the feta, but I would recommend keeping it in. It adds a wonderful dimension of flavor. Your summer won't be complete without thsi recipe!

Husband loved it. I thought it was good. Didn't add bell peppers, took other's advice and added kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes. Made the mistake of buying fat-free feta. Don't, just buy the real deal for maximum flavor.

I used boneless chicken breasts marinated in ceaser salad dressing overnite and then grilled...
Made it for a "pig-out" at work since we did work on the 4th of July and everyone RAVED about it!!
The mint was a nice touch...Thanks for the excellent idea..will absolutely add to my picnics!
