    Seeing this again this morning reminded me I'd never commented on it. This is a good recipe with lots of flavors going on. Would never have thought to make it without seeing Robin make it. Different, but so good.

    My family loved this meal....even the veggies!! We added some vidalia onions with the zuchini and it was amazing! Thanks for a great recipe, Robin! I'm trying the lo mein tonight!

    We had this for dinner last night. In only a few minutes we had a perfectly cooked and great tasting meal. It was just a bonus that it was also pretty good for us. My boyfriend who always told me that he hated zuchini, absolutely loved it. We will definately be making this one again.

    Easy to make, great flavors. My kid who usually doesn't eat meat ate more than his share of the meat. The related Lo Mein recipe for the leftovers is equally good.

    I had never used black bean sauce, what a fantastic taste it adds! I brushed it on the meat at the very end of the grilling time instead of the beginning and it turned out fine. I will definitely use a bigger variety of veggies next time!
