The first time I made this (three years ago and my daughters (5 yo and 3 yo at the time ate 3/4 of a turkey tenderloin by themselves! (so much for the save for later recipe!

The sauce was great (I forgot the dijon but I think I would like it even better with lamb or shrimp. As I said, I served the sauce on the side. The girls tried it and were interested, but not ready to dive in with the "dipping sauce".

I had never eaten sweet potatoes like this before and now make them again and again. Thank you so much for this easy and tasty recipe!

This has now become a staple in our dinner rotation. I add different fresh herbs (rosemary, sage, thyme, tarragon, etc. based on what I have on hand, and this recipe has never disappointed!

As a working mom, I love fresh, healthy foods that I can cook quickly!

I substituted Butternut Squash for the sweet potatoes and my family loved it. They were left in the pan to cook while the turkey rested and it was just enough time. I found that we used only half the sauce also and will find a use for the rest of it tomorrow.

This is a really tasty variation of turkey breast. I oiled the sweet potatoes a bit before putting them in the pan and cooked them a bit longer in the pan juices after the turkey was finished. The sweet potatoes are really the hit of the dish. I also added a teaspoon of honey to the sauce. I have a lot of leftover sauce so next time I will only make half.

Love all the ideas. Have 3 kids and I get that she is showing reality. However, when I get some peace to watch the show I don't want to watch the kids distractions.

The kids may have been a little distracting, but she is wonderful to show how Moms can succesfully make yummy dinners and have patience with kids in the kitchen. She is fabulous and her food recipes are too.

Robin has excellent recipes and always enjoy them. Needs to put the children
somewhere else. This is a food show not play time at a kindergarden!

I loved everything about this recipe, but as many others stated, needed to add sugar to the dressing - can't always tell how sweet your mangoes will be - so its good to have some sugar on hand. Anyone have ideas on what to use the leftover dressing on? I wind up with a ton left over, even after liberally applying to the turkey and the potatoes.

Truthfully, I fell in love with the sweet potatoes in this recipe. It's the only way I make them now without the turkey!!

When I saw this recipe I thought what a great refreashing summer meal this would be. I was disappointed with the overall taste, not what I would expected at all. I won't be trying this one again.

    This was delicious!

I sliced off a piece of turkey, doused it with the sauce, and even put some sauce on the potatoes.

Then i went back for more. And more.

Then I just started eating the yogurt sauce. DELICIOUS. I did add 2 packets of "Truvia" sweetener to the yogurt sauce, but with ripe mangoes (which i had- I don't think it was necessary!

Very, very good! I highly recommend this. The sauce is SO fresh and SO light! Thanks Robin. I will have to try the thai dish she used with her left overs!
