My husband loved the sauce and thought the turkey was cooked well. I added a little sugar and an extra teaspoon of ginger to the sauce Next time I will toss the sweet potatoes in olive oil before putting them in the pan.

I loved the seasonings on the chicken AND I loved the mango/mint dressing BUT they didn't go well together.

Turkey and potatoes are great, dressing not...I like fresh mangoes but for some reason the dressing just didn't settle well with me.

I just added a little brown sugar on top of the sweet potatoes and I could eat this all day!

This was a great recipe. Very easy to prepare and the tenderloins came out juicy and tender. The Mango dressing was a little tart for my taste, but a teaspoon of sugar fixed the problem. This recipe is going into my favorites!
