The flavors are a wonderful blend of sweet & spicy. I have made this several times. My husband loves going to Costco for the rotis chicken, knowing that half of it will be used in this recipe within a day or two. I mix it all together before serving. Great left over.

Tried this recipe tonight after seeing it on the show a couple of weeks ago. Only made one adjustment - I kept the seeds and ribs of the jalapeno in the sauce since I like spicy food. It was super easy to make and tasted great!

My whole family loved this dish. The different flavors tasted so great together. We used whole wheat pasta instead of the soba noodles, and frozen chicken breast instead of the rotisserie chicken.

This was a fun meal - quick to put together and very fun flavors. I added toasted pine nuts to the noodles for a little more texture and flavor. This recipe is a keeper.

I used rice noodles and that may be where I went wrong.

I've already made it four times. Great mix of flavors. I use spaghetti noodles, since it is hard to find soba and it works fine. Sometimes I add a little lime... Yummy!

I didn't have soba noodles, so I used spaghetti. The recipe is a great combination of flavors. Everyone loved it!

We used Morningstar Farms veggie chicken strips with this and it was off the charts. Very easy and totally delicious. We've also started putting different veggies in, too!

We grilled chicken breasts instead of using rotisserie chicken and the dish was full of flavor! I would strongly recommend this recipe.

My husband loved it (and he's not a fan of honey and I thought the honey was too overpowering (plus I'm a wuss with heat. Overall, that puts the recipe somwhere in the middle.
