this dish is fabulous! it's easy to make & looks as good as it tastes. make extra, because it tastes great cold the next day! if you can't find pickled ginger in your market, ask for some at the sushi counter!

Wow!! This had a truely authentic asian taste. I loved it. My husband thought it was a little too spicy, so I might lighten up on the jalapeno next time, but otherwise it was sooo good. I used minced ginger in the jar and found soba noodles in the asian section.

A wonderful, light meal. The flavors were delightful, especially the honey-jalapeno-cilantro sauce. Next time I'll probably increase the amount of chicken to appease my boyfriend's appetite, but we both loved this. This will definitely be added to my kitchen rotation.

This is a great recipe and have made it several times. I use low carb spaghetti noodles in place of the soba noodles as my husband is watching his carbs and it still tastes delicious. It has become one of my favorite quick fix dinners.

This may not look like the most appetizing dish when you have it on your plate, but it sure tastes good. I'm wondering, however, if I have the wrong kind of soba noodles because I only cooked 8 oz. (instead of the 12 oz. called for and there was still a ton of noodles left over with no chicken left to go with them. I will make a notation on the recipe for the next time I make it. Also, my husband has to watch his sodium so I'll reduce the amount of soy sauce next time. I use the low-sodium kind already, but we still thought it was a little too salty for our tastes.

It was very versatile I used chuka soba and pickled jalapenos, and it was great!
