Great light meal. Wonderful balance of the sweet and the hot...so easy to make and only took 15 minutes!

I loved it, my husband raved about it and after one day, we don't have any left! The only thing I would do differently is wear a pair of gloves when I handle the pepper. My hand wouldn't stop burning for hours!

Since the sauce was pretty mild, I used Trader Joe's teriyaki ginger sausage instead of plain chicken. I just browned it and then added the jalepeno/honey sauce. i also threw in water chestnuts, which added to the texture. I served it with stir-fried asian eggplant and oyster mushrooms and it was an amazing, healthy meal!

Instead of pickled ginger, In the food processor I added regular giner 1 inch, 2 garlic cloves. I could not find soba noodles so I used wheat noodles. Very good.

My whole family loved this dish. I used some grilled, boneless chicken I made the night before. Also, I left out the jalapeno because I have small children but added sliced green peppers and chopped carrots. Everyone loved it!

This recipe was delicious. It combined some of my favorite flavors (sweet and tangy and took under 30 minutes to make, including prep time. This would go over well with party guests, cold or hot.
