I used a whole jalapeno with seeds and it didn't have any kick-- probably just a weak jalapeno. Next time, I'll use another jalapeno and double the amount of sauce. The soba noodles and sauce it's tossed in is AMAZING!

My grocery store didn't have soba noodles so I used chinese noodles instead. It was very tasty! It's a keeper recipe.

This recipe was wonderful. One of my 8th graders had 3 servings. This is after he curled his nose because it had green stuff in it.

My family loves this recipe. I have made it several times. I increase the sauce to 1 1/2 times or double. I put fresh ginger in the food processor instead fo pickled. Whole grain angel hair noodles are as good as soba noodles. I also added some vegies (broccoli, snow peas or zucchini. Add a little pasta water if needed.

I've made this dish several times and my family loves it! I have never been able to find soba noodles so I have always used alfredo noodles and this dish is still wonderful. Super easy and yummy.

We really enjoyed this recipe. The honey/jalepeno combo is great. The soba noodles were interesting. Very tasty, and very easy to make.

I'm not a huge fan of Asian dishes normally - but after several requests from my husband, I agreed to cook something other than the stir-fry you find in the frozen food section. This recipe was SO good!!! (easy too My kids loved it as well. I will definitely make this recipe again!

My husband loved this dish, but for my son and me it was WAY too spicy. I like medium temperature salsa. So for those of you who have medium tolerance to spice, I'd use only 1/4 of the jalapeno pepper and a regular green pepper. I used angel hair pasta as well b/c that is what i had on hand. and used peanut oil instead of sesame and it was delicious!

I don't normally take time to rate recipes, but this one IS delicious. There are a few tweaks though.......Soba noodles are expensive, hard to find and, stick together toooo easily! Will try angel hair next time. The sauce also, must be doubled. Maybe a bit more chicken than called for, but the flavors were excellent!!!!!!!
