This recipe was just ok for me. I don't like cilantro, so I replaced it with flat leaf parsley and I replaced the soba noodles with whole wheat pasta because that's what I had. You must love the flavor of the green (cilantro, parsley, or whatever to enjoy this dish. It's a good dish that isn't too spicy or bland. Next time I might toss in some snow peas for extra crunch and veggies.

This recipe is delicious! My family loves it and so do I: it's such an easy dish to make and it's really excellent. I found that extra water in the sauce is not needed. This dish is definitely worth a try.

I had to add some pineapple juice and stir fry sauce to help the flavor. I knew when I tasted it my BF wouldn't like it as is. Better room temperature than hot.

I have made this recipe several times and shared the recipe with lots of my friends, we are all hooked on it. It's unique flavor is out of this world!!
I however, shortened the name to "Asian Persuasion". Then everyone knows what I'm talking about. The only thing I did differently was use linguini noodles instead of soba and I used fresh grated ginger because I cannot find the pickled ginger (unfortunately. You'll love it!

This was really good. A very unique blend of flavors. I added edamame and water chestnuts, and cooked the chicken myself with chinese 5 spice. Delicious!

I thought the honey would be overpowering. I added lime juice and lime zest to the honey. I also added fresh ginger and garlic and fish sauce to the noodles. This dish was a big hit. I will definitely make it again. I'm glad I read the reviews before I made it. Thanks for the tips folks!

I really enjoyed the flavors in this dish. The jalapeno provides just the right amount of kick. As another reviewer suggested I used Morningstar farms Chick'n and also added red bell pepper and shredded carrot to bump up the nutritional profile. It tasted great and was fast and easy; I will definitely make it again.

My husband went nuts for this recipe. He thought it was the best chicken recipe that he has had.
