I agree with those that said something was missing. I love salmon and the ingredients sounded like they should work well together... but... somehow it just had no flavor. The method of cooking produced a moist and not overcooked salmon, but not very pretty to look at. Oh well.

The recipe was simple to make. The combination of honey mustard taste great with chicken. But for the salmon, did not taste good to my taste bud. I was not impress by its flavors and will not make it again.

Recipe was easy to follow and I had all the ingredients in my fridge. It was my first attempt at cooking salmon and I was satisfied with the flavor of it. It came out very tasty, but mustard didn't do much to the fish, just sort of sat on top of the fish.

I was looking for a simple and new way to make salmon. I came across this recipe, it seemed simple enough, so I declided to try it. VERY GOOD! Like others have said the fish really doesn't taste like much if there is no glaze on it. I had plenty of extra glaze in the bottom of my glass dish after cooking the fish, so I used it to top off the fish after I plated it. I used spicy brown mustard (since that is what I had at my house it gave the glaze a nice little kick. I will be making this again.

I made this because I had the ingredients available. My husband LOVED it! I thought it was good, not great.
I'll definitely use the marinade for other things.

it was really good and easy. i only had half of the mustard so i had to half the sauce. Which was still quite tasty. and did it with salmon steaks.

Easy to fix but something WAS missing. Lack of flavor and I fixed it exactly the way it was printed. Even salmon loving husband didn't approve. Sorry

In just a matter of minutes, I whipped this up with ingredients I had on hand. It is a winner, so says my salmon hating husband. Just be careful to not overcook the salmon and dry it out.
