Re: El Dorado, May 26,2011 This is a "Round 2" recipe for the leftovers of Slow-Cooker Parmesan-Sage Pork Loin and Watercress Salad with Sliced Pears, Goat Cheese and Toasted Pine Nuts. She mentioned it on the show today and it should have been mentioned on the recipe as well. ("cooked sliced tenderloin rounds from Slow-Cooker Parmesan-Sage Pork Loin recipe" should have been added to this recipe.

I wish there was a way to bypass the rating stars when you are asking or answering a question and haven't made the recipe yet. So I'm giving it just 1 star for lack of clarity, not for taste, outcome, etc. Sounds very tasty. Coco Paz, 3 miles from Oprah's Montecito house

The salsa is the best part of this recipe. I didn't have any couscous so I made it with cilantro rice and it was delicious!

Fantastic. The hot chili and sweet of the mango is such a great contrast. The colors are an added bonus.

Loved this recipe and can't wait to make again. The taste of the fruity, sweet yet spicy salsa combined with the pork is excellent.

WOW this salsa is the best! Versatile to use on a variety of meats or just some chips- so easy. Only challenge is finding the correct ripeness of the avacado..worth it many times over!
