I made this with chocolate ice cream and walnuts. Yum.. Also made it with vanilla ice cream that also is yum. So easy and refreshing. This will be wonderful in the hot days of summer. Try both of these so good.

My title says it all!! After cutting orange in half, I just used a knife to loosen the orange from the skin and used a regular spoon to scoop it out...EASY. I then filled with NON-FAT ice cream, and caramel/granola. There are so many wonderful tastes going on that you wont miss the fat!!! A+++

My little sisters and I made this for father's day. It took like 3 minutes and ended up a great palate cleanser with a sweet twist. Give it a whirl!

I did use Starbucks low fat latte ice cream and used toasted walnuts instead of granola. I also used sugar free caramel sauce. The orange gave it a great taste.
