My husband and I loved this steak, it was something different to try. I will make it again. I think the people who did not like this dish, got something wrong, because I thought it was great.

I thought this was preety good.My family really enjoyed it.I also made some brown rice with it.I did read the other reviews before making it and decided to cut the cloves down to just a teaspoon.

I love the idea of many meals from one effort. I did not care for the flank steak seasoning. The cloves and allspice were okay. I just didn't care for the vinegar flavor and the thyme was too pronounced for me. Next time, I'll use balsamic vinegar or just plain old red wine.
The steak sandwiches were really good, though. I just finished making the guacamole and it is very good, as well.

execellent recipe. Has a wonderful meal. The pearl onions were fantastic. I do have to say thru, Don't forget the tablespoon of sugar in the red wine vinegar. jim

My son made this for our family dinner one night and we all nearly licked our plates clean. I loved it and can't wait to try making it myself.

This recipe is very good! The meat was very tender and juicy, and the spices were all very nice together. I used skirt steak and grilled outside, and it was very flavorful. My three year old asked for seconds!! Will certainly cook again.

The Jamaican Jerk flank steak is okay, but the fajitas you make from the leftovers, are AWESOME!!!

This was a easy marinade and had a good flavor but the meat was very chewy.
