This Pear Pizza was fun to make and added just the right finish to a really nice meal. My teenaged boys loved it. Its light and feels healthy.

I was amazed by how easy this recipe was. I'm not a huge pear fan, but the combination of flavors worked perfectly together. This is a great recipe if you don't have much time and want a light after dinner or mid-afternoon treat.

The only thing I would do next is prebake the pie crust, then add the cheese and your favorite fruit.
I liked using peaches when they first come out to the stores and still hard. You can slice them better and when it cooks it becomes soft and yummy. I also added Peach preserves to enhance the peach flavor.
