Wow this is a great recipe. I had 2 squashes sitting on my counter and didn't know what to do with them. I wanted to cook something different from the roasted squash with brown sugar and cinnamon, so I made this. What a great surprise!!! This was excellent and I will make it often!! Thanks for sharing this recipe!!!!

Unbelievably good flavor. A little dry, so I added 2 Tblsp butter, and it became creamy smooth. Recipe a definite keeper--my family loved this!
