    The meat did come out very tender. Wasn't bad but not great either. 2nd time I made I used this recipe as a base but added my own spices and reduced tomato sauce and added other spicier sauces as this recipe is bland. It was a much bigger hit the 2nd time around.

    My entire family LOVED these ribs and esp the sauce!!!! This recipe will be passed on in our family cookbook and has become a staple Sunday meal in our family!!!

    Ribs are my 9 year olds favorite supper. I had never made them before and decided to give them a try. I just happened to be sick, so I only tried a few fork fulls, but thank goodness. Between my husband and son..they were all gone! Will DEFINETLY make these again! Thanks for making me look like a chef!!

    MY FAMILY DID NOT LIKE THIS RECIPE AT ALL. WE ALL WERE HOPING FOR A MORE BARBECUE TYPE FLAVOR NOT ONE OF TOMATO SAUCE.
