Being a busy mom this reciepe is great. All you have to do it dump it in the crck-pot and go. I trimmed the ribs and made th sauce the night before and put in the fidge. Before I left work the next moring I combined the 2 in the crock-pot and that was it! The meat is tender and juicy and you use it twice!

These ribs literally melt in your mouth. I don't do "meat on the bone", so this was a step out of the box for me and it was great. The meat actually slid right off and they weren't messy at all. I also suggest making the BBQ Pizza from this episode, it is a must!

Reading the reviews first helped a lot.

Following the recipe per-say, the final taste was not a traditional BBQ sauce. BUT the flavor worked well allowing the pork taste to come through.

The flavor was outstandingly diffrerent the next day -warmed in a microwave.

Next time, we'll make them a day ahead

The boy's really liked this. Make sure I buy the baby pork ribs in the long plastic oblong package at Costco.

Having read the negatives, I went on-line and looked up different recipes. I added a rub to the ribs and baked them for 15 min. each side @ 400?. Then I put them in the crock pot with my favorite barbecue sauce, and 4 hours later I was in rib heaven. So good that I left my crock pot out on the table to make this again.

Fall off the bone delicious...Definately do the pizza recipe that went along with the leftover idea. It's my favorite pizza ever!

I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty this dish was. I'm not a big crock pot fan, but since I'm in school, I've depended on crock pot recipes to give my family a hot meal.
