This recipe was so simple to make and it really did melt in my mouth.

This is a great recipe to have. The BBQ sauce is flavorful. 8 hours in the slow cooker makes the meat just fall off the bone, so tender and tasty. If you want it to stay on the bone when you pick it up, cook for less time.

Having spent most of our lives in North Carolina, we know BBQ. Now these are what they are meant to be; slow cooker ribs, not ribs cooked over chracoal. They are delicious and so was the sauce. My entire family, including one picky eater, all gave this recipe 5 stars. Just don't expect charcoal flavored ribs from a crockpot! A real winner from Robin.

I didn't even bother with the sauce, and used Tyler's Ultimate Peach BBQ sauce instead, which was probably the only thing that came out tasting good. I don't know why mine seemed to turn out this way, but my ribs disentigrated into greasy, floating meat chunks after I set it on low in the morning and discovered it when I came home from work. Maybe I should have gone to the butcher and used $$$Expensive$$$ Country Style spareribs with zero fat, but I'm pretty sure that wouldn't made much of a difference. I'd give this recipe 1 star for the utter mess and "anything but" ribs it made-- but I'll chalk my experience up to maybe leaving it cook too long while I was at work (9 to 9.5 hours on LOW. Otherwise, Tyler's BBQ sauce is AWESOME! ;-

I'm sorry, but this recipe was not Food Network worthy. I made it exactly as stated and my ribs were tough, lacked flavor or visual appeal. I would not recommend this recipe. A friend then suggested "summer breeze ribs", which I found to be everything this recipe wasn't. I only wish I would have tried them first.

Okay, first of all these don't look like the picture at all! The taste is alright, we had to put our own BBQ sauce on them to save them. We ate them but won't make them again.

I didn't have a slow cooker this big so I put it in the oven at low heat for about 3-4 hours. It was so delicious that my family of four destroyed it. No left overs at all. I couldn't find the chunky tomato sauce so I used a can of regular tomato sause and a can of diced tomatos. SO GOOD. Great for Sunday afternoon dinner.

I did everything right in this recipe. The Ribs did fall apart but the sauce provided ruined the ribs unfortunately. Pretty disappointing.

I have made these twice for my husband
and son - I can't have them yet because
of a medical condition. They were great
All I did was left out the tomatoes and
added two bottles of BBQ Sauce!!!
    Otherwise, I went by directions!!!
Hubby and son loved them. Keep them
coming Robin - slow cooker recipes.
Love them as I am a busy lady with 2
    beautiful grandbabies!!!! You're the
    best.
