Love this recipe! When I have extra veggies laying around I will chop 'em up and throw them in the mix. Today I used ground turkey instead of chicken, added an onion, a bell pepper, a small zucchini, and a few small Klondike potatoes and was thrilled with the results. This recipe is amazing because it is so easy to make (I am certainly not a chef and it is always a crowd pleaser!

Sadly this was not one of my favorites. Followed the recipe exactly but did not like the flavor nor the consistency. Bottom line is it was bland.

I've made this countless times, and it's become a family favorite! I prefer to use salsa verde, and I always add fresh pico de gallo into the mix. Sometimes I place a few pickled jalapeno slices on top. We love it...and it's great leftover!

Great recipe, easy to make, one suggestion that I did was to add a bit paprika and some cumin for added flavor.

Made this and thought it was good, let it cool if it makes too much and then slice individual pieces to freeze.

Though I usually dont make changes I did this time, due to what I read. I used flour tortillas because that is what we had, I think that is perhaps why some people complain that it falls apart, and corn tortillas will do that. I doubled the sour cream, salsa, and spices.

Spice is a funny thing as you can see by reading these posts. Some people say the spice and cilantro are too much others say not enough, measure what your family usually likes and you will be fine, it is impossible to please everyones palates.

The taste was quite nice and it was easy to make, but this did not even come close to holding it's shape. So we opened a bag of tortilla chips and ate it as a dip.

This made such a delicious meal! My husband and I have busy schedules so I made everything and assembled it the night before and put it in the refrigerator. When I got home from work I put it in the oven and dinner was ready in an hour without any fuss!

    I made a few changes for our's:
-ground chicken breast cooked with 1 mild taco bell seasoning packet
-I made a homemade salsa because I don't like store-bought. My recipe has cilantro so I omitted the other cilantro
-I didn't cut the corn tortillas, I just used however whole ones it took to cover, overlapping just a little.

If you refrigerate it overnight be sure to take it out of the fridge to take the chill off while preheating your oven.

We had ours with sliced avocado and refried beans...delicious!!

Possible Add In's: Black Olives and or green Olives.

    Left off: Cayenne Pepper

Our family loved this dish!! Over half of the ingredents we already had I only had to grab a couple of things. Some ideas you could do: we came up with the idea of instead of making it into a Lasagna you could put them in Taquito's or even Burritto's or Queseda's. We did make the recipe as is the first time. But the corn Tortilla's didn't hold up very well so thats how we came up with other idea's to use the filling. But over all an amazing blow-out of flavor's and is now a once a week dish in our family.

Made this last night for the family and they LOVED it. I added some red onions to the chicken while I cooked it along with some Adobe, and Jane's Crazy Mixed Up Salt, and some pepper. I cut the tortillas in half and layed two on the bottom and worked my way up. I also added some extra cheese on top of each layer, it made it a little creamier. I think maybe next time I would add more Cilantro, it didn't really add a whole lot to the dish, since you couldn't really taste it. But overall it was an instant hit that everyone is begging me to make again~
