This recipe was great and easy. It took very little effort to make or clean up. I also tried this recipe with hamburger leftovers and it is just as good.

My husband loved it and also had 3 servings. He even told me again the next day how good it was. I substituted flour tortillas since that's what I had on hand. Took me about 20 minutes, not 10, to put together.

I was very skeptical about this recipe, so much so that I also made tacos in case my children refused to eat this. Much to my surprise my 6 and 11 year olds LOVED this! My husband gave it a thumbs up as well. Very good. Everyone asked for seconds!

IT WAS REALLY DELICIOUS. I HAD TO DOUBLE IT FOR MY FAMILY. IT DID NOT, HOWEVER, TAKE ONLY 15 MINUTES TO PREPARE, EVEN WITH ALL THE PREP WORK AHEAD OF TIME.

I was surprised how delicious this recipe was and how easy to make! Since there is just two of us we had plenty of left overs and they are better the second day! Yum!
