I made this recipe without the chiles because we don't like spicy food. The salsa I used was mild with black beans and corn. Delicious! I recommend this recipe...it's easy and so good!

We loved it. It was so easy and tasty. I also added corn/black beans/black olives as others did, but either way it would be delicious. Great presentation, cut beautifully. This will be a regular at our house.

The whole family loves this recipe and we even battle over who gets leftovers! It's pretty easy and cost effective as well.

I made this last night for dinner and everyone loved it! I cooked the chicken in taco seasoning mix instead using those other spices because I did not have all of them and it still had a great flavor. I am deffinately going to make this again and again.

I have a similar recipe for black bean enchiladas that take a lot longer than this to make. It was easy to put together and easy to adjust to your taste. I added jalapenos on one side of the lasagna to make it hotter for me. My husband really liked it. This is the first Robin Miller recipe I have made and I will try more.

I used whole wheat tortillas to get a little more fiber in. Worked great!

After reading the reviews, I added a can of drained black beans over the first layer, and increased the amount of sour cream to 2 cups and salsa to 1 cup and it turned out really delicious. My husband thought it could use onions or more spice, but then again, he likes things really hot and spicy! I used white corn tortillas, as we are not fond of the regular corn tortillas. I also used about 4 cups of chicken rather than the 3 called for in the recipe. I sprayed the pan liberally with cooking spray, but also put a little salsa in the bottom of the dish too and had no sticking problems. I thought this dish was better than the Lime/Garlic chicken recipe. I think you could get away with using a chicken already prepared from the grocery store and it would taste just fine!

I add blackbeans, sauteed onion & alittle jalapeno. I also use medium salsa. The only one that has issues with it is our 5 yr. old who doesn't care for spicy. The other 2 (10 & 7 love it as well as my husband who requests it daily. ;o
