Nobody but my one year old would eat it, but he eats sand so that doesn't say much for the recipe.

I used my leftover crockpot chicken to make this receipe. My whole family loved it! I think next time I make it, I'll use a smaller dish so my filling will be thicker and I won't cook the full hour that is suggested.

As soon as I got home from work, I turn-on the FoodNetWork Channel,I was just relaxing & watching, and this Mexican Lasagana recipe was on air, oh boy,I quickly went to my refrigerator & check all the ingredients and I have them, since they are everyday use in my kitchen. I told my husabnd to taste them (since I am not really good when it comes to cooking my husband said it was the best food I ever made since we got married in 3 years!!!! This was really delicious & super easy!!! Preparation time was very easy, no need to be a pro-chief! The taste is heavenly & smells soooo good!

This dish was decent, but the filling was fantastic. I plan to use it as an enchilada filling and serve it with a verde sauce. I just know it will be extraordinary!

This was a huge hit at my potluck dinner. I always try out new recipes in that venue. I added drained and rinsed black beans. There wasn't a teaspoon remaining.

This was wonderful and so easy. I added a layer of black beans on top of the first layer of tortillas that adds a wonderful layer of flavor!
