This dish is truly delicious. So fast and easy to prepare with simple ingredients we usually have on hand. Looked great in the dish and tasted better than that meal time. Doesn't matter what you name the dish....we called it REALLY GOOD STUFF. Love most of her ideas. Thanks.

I loved this dish. It was so easy and it used up my left over chicken. This usually does not happen in my house. No one eats left overs. My family did not even know it was left over. Thanks

I followed the recipe to the letter - I thought - and then found I had doubled the salsa. It was a good thing that I did. I added another cup of salsa around the rim of the baking dish before putting it in the oven and then baked it for about 20 minutes less. The flavor was not bad but I think the recipe should be reworked for the amounts of the ingredients used. I may try again the general idea but with quite a few modifications.

I made this last night. It caught my interest when I saw Robin making it this weekend on television and I had a chicken roasting in the oven, so I knew I would have leftover chicken. It was easy to make and I always read the reviews before cooking so I had some pointers. I used flour tortillas not the corn as we like the flour ones better. I sprayed the dish like she said and then added some salsa to the bottom as some people had trouble with it sticking. I had no trouble at all and clean up was a snap. The only problem I had was that it seemed like the chicken mixture was a little on the short side when spreading out the layers. Served a salad on the side and my husband really liked it. I will make this again some time down the road.

Easy to put together. The garlic-lime chicken is delicious by itself, but then when you make it into the lasagna...it's so good! Even my 8 year old nieces ate it and 1 is VERY PICKY!!! This kid doesn't even like mac n cheese, but she ate this!!
Thanks Robin!!!

My 4 year old didn't like too much, but my husband & I loved it. Tastes a lot like chicken enchiladas. I substitued dried cilantro for fresh & chile pique for cayenne pepper. Thanks for the recipe. Will definately make again.

My S.O. loved this recipe... so did I. It was great, pretty easy to prepare, and the chicken from the night before tasted completely different in this dish. This is one of my favorite recipes so far.
