My family loved this recipe. I did add 1 pod of garlic to the pot for the last 2 hours of cooking. I also heated up some Italian sausage on the side so that each person could decide if they wanted to add it to their bowls. It was great. Perfect crockpot recipe.

This was the best minestrone soup my son In-Law and I have every eaten. It was easy and delicious. I would highly recommended to others. Great Job Dave.

This soup is the BEST! I gambled and made a double batch for a large family gathering and everyone loved it! It's the tastiest, easiest minestrone soup recipe I have ever tried.

This was quick and easy to prepare. The flavor was good, but next time I think maybe I'll increase the herbs. Be careful about the pasta, it could over cook easily. I'm going to add mine uncooked next time. My family loved it and my 5 year old wants it for lunch the next day. That should say it all!

It's close to a 4, but I also made a lot of small changes. I put in sprigs of fresh herbs and a clove of crushed garlic. Next time I'll do this in a pot, and sweat the onions, garlic, carrots, and celery before adding liquid to get more flavor out of them. Used fresh spinach. Also--WHY cook the pasta before if it's going to sit in the soup for 30 minutes anyway??? I put mine in raw and it cooked up just fine--almost too cooked, really. I can't imagine how mushy it would have been if I'd pre-cooked it! However, I love being able to serve a tasty dish with this many veggies in it, sofor that reason, I'll make it again.

I made this on a chilly, rainy day last week and it was out of the ballpark. My husband won't go for soup that doesn't contain meat, so I added some seasoned & browned stew beef, which I cooled to room temp before adding everything to the crock pot. I very highly recommend this recipe, with or without the meat. Thank you, Robin!

I made this right after I watched Robin's episode and it couldn't have been easier. I added garlic and left out the spinach, but thought it was just great. Very fresh and healthy!
