    I enjoy making homemade salad dressings and this one sounded really interesting. However, it didn't offer much flavor. I thought I followed the recipe to the "t" but maybe I did something wrong since others raved about it.

    This dressing is very good and the recipe is flexible. You can make a little or make a lot depending on your needs.

    Tastes great. This is a recipe that I will make over and over again.

    I ROASTED MY OWN RED PEPPER SO THAT MAY BE WHY IT TURNED OUT SO BAD. SORRY ROBIN.

    The roasted red pepper salad dressing was delicious.

    I really, really dislike store bought bottled dressing and so, I usually just make a plain oil/vinegar dressing (boring!.

    The roasted red peppers with the basil, balsalmic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper couldn't have been easier to make. I'll certainly make it again and again.
