I love this recipe. It is not for a special dinner, i wouldn't use this recipe for entertaining but it is soooooo good for a quick and easy weeknight meal. I added fresh ginger with the onion and garlic so i do not know how it is without the ginger.

Some of the ratings mention that the lime taste was too strong - I thought the lime was perfect but suggest you put the lime in a little at a time and add more to your liking.

The asparagus was great. It is good over rice and couscous so whatever you have on hand will work.

This tasted good but nothing special. Not sure if I will make it again.

This recipe was easy to follow. Even with a few mistakes I made, it tasted great. The lime-rum sauce over the couscous was great together. I will definitely make this again.

the chicken came out excelent. Tons of flavor and not one ingredient over came the other. I personally think that the rum is what made this dish. As for people stating that the lime was too much, Mojito is a cuban sause and is suposed to be strong and sour. It's the lime and garlic that gives it that awesome kick!

We didnt make the Asparagus with this dish because we already prepaired this over roasted veggie dish with a white cream sause that came out great.

All in all this was one of the best dinners we made by far

This recipe would be much better with half the amount of lime juice.

After tasting the sauce, I was a bit worried. The rum and lime flavors were very powerful, but I added a bit of water and allowed it to simmer a bit longer and it was great.

i like the chicken fine but the asparagus was what won me over i make it with a ton of ordinary meals and its the star every time! if anything you have to at least try the asparagus

My husband and I really enjoyed this dish. I used the suggested amount of lime juice and thought it had great flavor. Even the kids liked it!

I made this with half the lime juice due to other reviews. It was good but I think I may have liked it more with the full amount of lime juice.
