My husband and I really enjoyed this dish. I used the suggested amount of lime juice and thought it had great flavor. Even the kids liked it!

I made this with half the lime juice due to other reviews. It was good but I think I may have liked it more with the full amount of lime juice.

I am so extremely appalled with this dish. This recipe was a waste of ingredients. I am so disappointed and embarrassed with the outcome of this dish, it was supposed to be a special dinner for my mother. The chicken was way too full of lime and at the same time oddly very bland. Words cannot describe how disappointed I was, not for myself, but for the special dinner I was cooking for my mother. After tasting the horrid lime chicken I attempted to salvage the chicken and turn it into something else, however, the lime had been permanently infused into the chicken as it sauteed for 10 minutes. The couscous was unsalvageable as the lime juice penetrated it. The asparagus and almonds were perfectly baked. So now I am shocked that my hungry mother and I are snacking on the asparagus and almonds after all the effort I put into this dish. Do not make this. I am utterly confused as to how it got some full ratings of 5 stars.

I was excited to try this recipe b/c I LOVE mojitos....but this was just ok. The lime flavor was almost overpowering.

This was easy to make and I like all the elements--chicken, lime and rum--but it was very disappointing. The flavors did not work with the chicken. There was no flavor. Nothing to excite the tastebuds.

The asparagus turned out yummy! The chicken was okay. If you love lime try it if not skip it.

I thought the recipe was yummy and really easy. It wasn't too limey, the chicken was tender, and the asparagus was good. I did try and brown the chicken a bit more than suggested and I only cooked the asparagus for about 10 minutes total. I will surely make this again!

This recipe was just awful. No balance in flavors or should I say no flavor period. This one needs to be reworked

I watched Robin Miller make this dish today on her show. It looked so good! When my husband and I made it, however, it wasn't as good as it looked. We think there was too much lime juice and rum. It would be better to brown the chicken before adding it to the onions and garlic because that didn't allow the chicken to brown very well. It's a great dish and we'll make it again and tweak the proportions/directions.
