This is a wonderful talapia recipe! Even my husband, who isn't a fish fan, loved it.

This turned out nicely, I added a bit of lime juice to the fish and also to the mango salad as another review suggested, and diced up an avocado for the salad as well. Clean plates all around my table!
Thanks!

Fish had a wonderful flavor, but did not like the cilantro. Would leave that out.

I didn't like tilapia until I tried it with this recipe. It was excellent.

Robin, thanks so much for this recipe, it's unbelievable easy. I couldn't find mango's and used canned peaches & cilantro for salsa and it was great!

I love tilapia but everytime I prepare it is the same thing. I decided to try this new recepy and it was delicious. I loved it. The fish alone looked great, it didn't break as it usually does when I am cooking it and it tastes great with the mango. My husband warmed up the mango and he loved it even more. This is definitely a keeper.

My husband is Moroccan and he said that it has it's American twist when you put it with Couscous with Peas. He loved it. I hate fish and this was so good that I wanted to make another helping. Our 1 year old daughter also enjoyed it.

This is an excellent way to prepaer Tilapia. This mild fish takes on all the flavors of the spices and the Mango Salsa just brings the overall taste to the highest possible levels. Be sure not to try and short cut the recipe by not making the salsa, it would be a real mistake.
