Absolutely delicious, used fresh squeezed oj, recipe as exact, i did, however, peel and slice the pears in quarters, then poached for 5 minutes, had with whip cream on top, a 7 star recipe, made my whole house smell awesome.....post script, did not use the hot fudge just whip cream....
