I loved this recipe. Perhaps it made a difference that I used old-fashioned oats (what I believe I saw her use, and I went heavier on them than the recipe. I also went heavier on the dijon...again, I followed what I saw her do on the show. I highly recommend this dish!! I served it with peas and mashed sweet potatoes (a la Rachael Ray with buttermilk----ALL EXCELLENT!

As long as you have a deep spice rack with all the ingredients, it makes a delicious baked chicken breast. A great change from just a marinade.

I just watched the show and Robin used Quick Oats. The recipe calls for Instant Oats. There's a difference -- which is the right oat?

I followed the recipe, but my chicken was still raw after 30 minutes. I baked it an additional 15 minutes, and it was still a little under cooked, and quite tasteless. I am dumping this recipe. What is the use of reducing calories, if the food is so bland that you can't eat it?

Delicious flavors, very little cleanup, and VERY healthy! I love the idea of using mustard to bind the breading. It worked well while giving it an extra kick. Awesome!

This chicken was fast, easy and delicious. To keep them from comming out soggy, make sure to spray the prepared chicken breast with plenty of cooking spray right before putting them in the oven. That'll keep them nice and crispy. Yummy!
