Was a little too... minty, almost... for my taste. Not one of her best, but I may do this recipe again because my husband liked it a lot.

This was one of the worst dishes I've ever made. Don't waste your time.

The chicken was very tasty! I didn't make the sauce because I used it for tostadas. My kids loved the chicken plain.

B/c I was out of almost everything in my house, I substituted here and there -a minced clove of garlic instead of garlic powder and 2 T minced shallots instead of onion powder.

Then I coated my baking sheet with olive oil (instead of spray and I turned the chicken halfway through - this browned it nicely and gave it a nicer flavor than simple olive-flavored spray would have. Didn't even need the parsley sauce at all!

I made this dish twice - thinking I had somehow missed something the first time. I hadn't. My husband said: "Well, it's...edible." Faint praise. Skip this one. Really.

The flavors are good, parsley oil sauce included, however, I ended up pan searing the chicken at the end to brown it up. The flour, even shaken off, was too much for going straight into the oven. Next time I will start with a quick browning in a skillet before it goes in the oven. Although, that defeats the purpose of this recipe for me as being quick and simple for a busy weekend meal and not smoking up my kitchen.

I did not like this receipe because I did not think the herb-crusted part did not enhance the receipe. I think just roasting the chicken would have been better. The parsley sauce was different but I would not fix it again.

I read the reviews on this and decided to dip the chicken breasts in buttermilk first so the flour mixture woud stick .. perfect. I used Costco chicken so had to leave it in 10 min. longer (they are huge. I made a whole pkg at once .. freeze most of it in twos. This is such an easy way to make chicken ahead for many great meals to come.

After reviewing the previous comments, I made this chicken (with http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/recipe/0,,FOOD_9936_23680,00.html?rsrc=search sauce . I reduced the flour by 1/3 and increased the chicken seasonings by about 1/5 and it was fantastic-- the chicken was moist and flavorful. Thanks Robin!
