Very yummy & easy to make. I agree that the garlic was just a pinch over powering. Next time I'll use 2 cloves instead of 3. The pesto was great on my fresh tomato side dish.

Very tasty! The pesto is yummy with gluten-free pasta--covers up that rice taste. I did use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream because I always have yogurt but rarely sour cream! Be warned, if you don't LOVE cilantro like I do, this dish isn't for you.

Very easy to throw together and I loved the pine nut cilantro sauce! I am not a garlic fan, so I left it out and loved the results.

I love garlic but i found that the garlic was over-powering the cilantro flavor in the pesto. i would suggest only using one clove.

I found this recipe after inviting friends over for dinner and then realizing right before I left work that I had not planned anything to cook. It turned out so well (I served it with tortellini tossed in the pesto sauce and was so easy that I went out and bought Robin Miller's book, which has been one of the better cook book purchases I have made. This recipe is still one of the earmarked pages in it. One note though- one other time when I made this I hurried a bit and didn't quite wash the cilantro as thoroughly as I should've, even though it looked clean. Ruined the entire pesto sauce. So, watch that, but otherwise a delicious and very easy dish with no hard to find ingredients. I also recommend adding a couple of sun dried tomatoes to the pesto if, like me, you enjoy sun dried tomatoes.

This was simple, quick, used very few ingredients, and best of all........the Taste!!! Entire family gobbled it! I loved the bright green pesto sauce over the chicken..had never seen that color before so it made it that much more interesting! Can't wait to have it again
