This chutney is terrific. It doesn't keep very well, so eat it all. It's delicious. My son was on his way out the door yesterday to meet a freind for dinner, but once he stopped to eat one slice of ham with the chutney, he felt compelled to finish three more slices of ham plus chutney.

Just a perfect quick meal using common leftovers to create something that feels special. Absolutely delicious with minimal fuss.

I am not one to follow a recipe so I decided to do a slight twist on this recipe. Instead of serving this dish with ham, I grilled pork tenderloin medallions wrapped in bacon. For the actual chutney, my grocery store was out of cilantro so instead I added half a jalape?o for a little spice, more onion, less pineapple and more brown sugar. My husband found it to be delish and said I could definitely make it again. Thanks for the idea!

Loved the salty and sweet with the ham and chutney.
