A very quick and easy recipe. I made it for my kids and they really enjoyed it. Instead of using chili powder I used the chipotle chili powder and added more kiwis. Great meal when you want to get something good and fast out. Goes very well with the rice and black bean pilaf recipe.

Finally I have an easy yet delicious recipe for leftover pork roast that satisfies the men in my family (that like hot, spicy food and me (that does not! I simply leave out the chili powder rub on my piece in the searing process and the jalapenos in my salsa. Easy and delicious!
