I served this w/o the wasabi sauce over Penne pasta with a Butternut squash sauce and it was great, very easy to make only change is I drizzled little EVOO over top before putting in oven.

I made this and it was a hit! I used chicken breast tenders so they were like sophisticated, healthy, chicken fingers! I found that it needed about 30 minutes for as well-done as we like chicken.
This is an easy, delicious recipe!

I didn't have eggs, so used dijon mustard to help the panko/cheese mixture stick. Also, ued homemade marinara sauce instead of tomato sauce and cut back on the sugar. I didn't have wasabi so i used crushed red pepper flakes and tabasco. I'm sure the wasabi would have given it a unique flavor, but it was still good this way!

I couldn't find the wasabi paste so I substituted it with hunt's. The recipe was a great success. I enjoyed making it and it was easy. I had friends over who really enjoyed it and came back for seconds and thirds. I would definitely make this again. I also recommend the Panko crumbs they are much better than regular bread crumbs.

The chicken was great but I was hoping for more from the tomato sauce. If I make this again, I would need to add more wasabi.

I have always made my pork chops this way but sauted them. Making the chicken this way and also cooking them in the oven is great.

I was unable to locate Panko or Wasabi paste at our local store so I used regular bread crumbs and a Thai curry paste that worked well. I hope to find the ingredients so that the recipe can be made correctly but if not, my alternates will work just fine. I'll definetly make this again and again and again.
