Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked ziti
  • 1 cup cooked asparagus
  • 1 can baby corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup diced oil-packed sun dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup bottled Italian or Caesar dressing

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Add asparagus, corn, sun-dried tomatoes and parsley and toss to combine. Add dressing and toss to coat.

    bottled dressing takes a culinary degree????? baby corn the color of the pasta is unappetizing. How poor.

    I'm not sure what I did differently then everyone else but this was a very poor salad. It really just tasted like salad dressing on pasta. The other ingredients didn't bring enough flavor to the dish to make it anything else. Not only will I not make it again, the the left overs I have will go in the trash.

    I made this for a small bbq with some friends. Everyone enjoyed it. I used low-fat italian dressing. The flavors are great and it's not heavy or saturated in oil. I used the 1/2 cup recommended of salad dressing. Everyone went back for seconds.
