This was quick, easy and wonderful. I prepared it for guests and everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. The somen noodles were not easy to find in my area :-(
I would choose a different mango salsa. This one is o.k., but I have another in my file - just as easy to prepare and much tastier ...... from coconut shrimp with mango salsa - perhaps a Sandra Lee ofering??????

Yesterday was girl's day. I made this dish....took everything to the pool...pretty plates from Target...good wine and everyone ate until there was nothing left.
I suggest this dish for a good group. It's fast and so healthy. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I found this meal to be very bland. It wasn't the thick, robust sauce I was hoping for. Maybe more peanut butter, less broth, and a heartier noodle that can stand up to the sauce? Thanks, Robin, we'll keep watching!

Family and friends loved this dish. I did not use the sesame oil, but added chili paste and extra hot sauce along with an extra spoonful of natural peanut butter. Once you saute the garlic, ginger and pepper, the flavors really enhance the peanut sauce. Give it a try and you will love it. It wasn't too peanutty...perfect balance of flavors with many layers and subtle complexity. Made the noodles with the remaining mixture and topped it with flank steak. Fabulous. Way to go Robin!

This was totally devoid of flavor. Surprising, given that it has sesame oil and peanut butter in it, but true. First, it was really, really watery, so I added a tiny bit of flour and water to thicken it. The consistency was fine, but it didn't taste like anything when I put the dish together. I literally think I could have left out the sauce completely and just had the ginger, bell peppers, and shrimp with noodles and soy sauce and it would been the same net result with a lot less fat. Sorry, but this was a swing and a miss.

Not very good. This sauce is NOT the traditional, thick peanut sauce. It lacked flavor. Won't make this again.

I made this peanut sauce with the hopes that it would be tasty. Boy was I dissapointed. I am sorry to say that I almost puked when I tasted it.
