VERY good!!!! I followed the advice of some of the other posters and left out the olives. My DH added olives to his serving and liked it a lot.

I did add cubes of fresh mozzarella. It melted slightly and took on the flavor of the tomatoes. YUM!!!

Even my 2 picky girls liked it! Like some other reviewers, I also cut the recipe in half and left out the olives. Next time I'll use the full 1/2 cup of artichoke hearts though, and use 2 whole zucchini. Can't wait to try this one again!

Super easy to make, especially if you grill the chicken breasts the night before, along with roasting the tomatoes and zucchini for Robin's other dish from this episode; chicken breasts with fire-roasted tomato sauce. The flavors of all the ingredients work very well together for a nice pasta dish. Incidentally, it was very good cold as well. Will definitely make again.

I like ore veggies so I added, roasted bella mushrooms, yellow squash and yellow onion to round this out. Then, I drizzled it with olive oil when tossing the dish together before serving. My husband LOVED it! I plan to make this again soon.

OMG She actually made something that is fit for human consumption! I won't look for this to happen again!! Amazes me, her lack of so many basic culinary skills. Go figure!!

I think this is a great recipe! I left out the olives because we just don't care for them. We love the artichoke hearts. I was a bit confused about a couple things, though. First, should it be served warm or cold? Judging from previous reviews, either works. Second, I didn't know if the jarred things (artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted peppers should be drained or not. I semi-drained them, and reserved some of the pasta water to mix into the veggies. There was quite a bit of pasta to go with it, I might cut down on it next time. Overall, we LOVE it!
