What a great way to serve leftover roast beef. It was a hit! Thanks, Robin, for such a great idea and so easy.

Can't wait to make this again! It was sooooo easy and sooooo good. My younger son liked it off the bun.

I make this all the time because it is so easy, delicious, and wallet friendly. It is a nice way to eat beef without all the fat. I always use Trader Joe's "michette rolls" which are like soft french rolls with a slightly sourdough taste, and I toast them so that they have a perfect little bit of crunch- try them if you have a TJ's nearby. I also like to add avocado and let the sauce thicken up a bit more than the recipe calls for. A wonderful meal!

Fast and Easy! A great way to jazz up deli meat. I cut back on the chiles, but I like things on the mild side. I also let it simmer longer to thicken the sauce (if I have the time. Adding a slice of cheese to the bun makes it even better!

Great idea for a weeknight meal. It is a little soupy but still tastes great.

Not one of my faves. Meat got very dry and the beef flavor was overwhelmed by the tomatoes and green chiles. Ended up fishing meat out of sauce, freezing sauce for another meal and having Au Jus sandwiches.
