I liked the chard side dish. Tilapia was good, but I would not serve it to company. The coating does fall off, in part, and it turns rather dark. Would baking be an alternative?

My fish recipes are typically disasters. Not this one, super yummy. I just made the fish and add whatever sides we are craving.

this was one of the best tilapia recipes i've ever made! i did not have the same difficulty as other readers about the nuts not staying attached to the fish. when i brushed the fish with the honey mustard and put the topping all over i just let it sit for a few minutes before putting it on the skillet. it stayed the whole time even when i flipped to the other side. i did not serve it with the chard, i served the fish as is with a side of white rice and roasted brussel sprouts. it was a hit!

FANTASTIC! The best Tilapia recipe I have ever eaten! I made it will roasted fingerling potatoes and garlic spinach instead of the Chard and it was wonderful. Got rave reviews not only from my husband, but from my 6 year old, 4 year old, and 3 year old!!!

I've made this recipe for 3 yrs. now but felt compelled to write a review because it's just sooo good...and, simple. I even use honey mustard salad dressing and it comes out as one fantastic dish.

I have never left a review of my own before, but I had to this time. This tilapia is the best I have ever had! I made it just like the recipe except I had to add honey to regular dijon mustard. The nut mixture stuck very well, and the fish cooked up beautifully. My husband only tolerates fish (which I love, but even he had a second helping of this. I thought the best parts of the fish had the most mustard (I only used a thin coat, so next time I will be a bit more generous with the mustard and I will get the ingredients to try the chard.

My husband & I loved this dish! I pulverized the pistachios and thought I had really pressed them on to the tilapia well enough. Didn't stay on the fish like I expected but honestly, it didn't matter. I just spooned the coating that fell off out of the pan and put it on top of the tilapia! It was heaven in my mouth! I didn't bother with the other "half" of the recipe, just served the fish with roasted veggies.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this meal! The only change we made was using bacon instead of prosciutto since that is what we had in the house.
