This was not good at all. Sauce is runny and doesn't add much flavor at all to the pork. I would pass on this one.

This was a easy recipe to make- I only made the pork chops as I wanted roasted potatoes. I did not put as much thyme in the sauce as it seems to completely overpower all recipes if too much is added. I felt it was a bland sauce and added a sprinkle of salt, smoked paprika and garlic powder and that seemed to add a little extra flavor but it was still very light in flavor, which was fine. I also needed to whisk in a little extra flour as the sauce was very runny. I would make again with modifications to add flavor

This was a wonderful recipe. It was fairly easy to make but looked and tasted like restaurant quality. My husband loved it. I would consider us both big time foodies and good cooks and this ranked high in our book!

Such an excellent, velvety sauce, and I didn't even have champagne. Used a nice white wine and added a tablespoon of butter to make glisten. Followed the browning time and then placed boneless chops back into sauce to finish. Perfectly cooked and moist. Would definitely recommend for a "TA DA" meal for someone special. I even threw some fresh asparagus cut prettily on a diagonal at the last minute and had no complaints of the green veggie since it was bathed in this wonderful, delicious sauce. I highly recommend a crusty ciabatta roll to accompany for some exquisite dipping!

Although I thought the dish was good, it sounded so much more special on paper. The sauce was a little thin and the flavors very mild almost bland. But I did enjpy finishing the champagne off once I opened it for the recipe!

This was a great recipe. Getting the potatoes going and then working on the pork chops and sauce worked out perfectly. Everything finished just at the right time. The potatoes and pork with sauce was very tasty and we loved it!

I've had good luck with many of the receipes on foodnetwork except for this one. Sauce was not good, very runny. Porkchops were bland, nothing special.

I enjoy watching Robin Miller cook but her choice of flavors don't always appeal to me. This dish seemed more my style. Turned out beautifully--I used white wine instead of sparkling and served with roasted red potatoes instead of mashed. Otherwise, I followed the recipe to the letter and it came out exactly as on her show. Also, tarragon is not one of my favorite herbs but it works well here. I'll definitely be making this again!

Instead of sour cream in the mashed potatoes I used butter. The potatoes tasted great!. I also used Season-All on the meat to keep it from being too band. Salt and Pepper isn't enough for my family. The sauce didn't turn out right the first time, but I'm sure that had something to do with my 2 year old distracting me! Overall this was a pretty good recipe.
