- 1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 kaiser rolls, halved

I never tried any of Robin's recipes before, this was great!
I needed quick tasty lunch- I followed the recipe but put the pork on a pita with cooked broccoli and shredded mozzarella and put it in the toaster oven.
With the leftover sauce in the pan, which was runny, per another reviewer's comment I thickened it with cornstarch and drizzled it over the top. This recipe was a great way to flavor the leftover pork. Delicious!

Delicious! So fast and easy, I cannot believe I waited this long to make it. This is so good it will become part of the regular rotation.
